A dish conceived as a Christmas gift from 28 Posti restaurant in Milan for the best clients and influencers. After receiving many requests to buy the Panettone that every year he makes for the guests of the restaurant, Marco Ambrosino (chef at 28 Posti) decided to share his recipe and to “challenge” the audience to make the famous Milanese cake.
