Can I wash plates and mug in the dishwasher?

Yes, absolutely! The decorations of our products are baked in ceramics kilns at over 830°C. This allows the decoration to get into the porcelain enamel making it resistant to several washing cycles, both hand or by the dishwasher.

Please pay attention to some ilaria.i patterns that incorporate delicate decorations and precious gold bands that may be harmed by repeated use of strong detergents.

Please avoid lemon-based detergents as this may cause pitting on the gold trim. We recommend the use of liquid-base detergent over poweder/tablets.

Can I put plates and mug into the microwave?

It is possible to use the microwave for most of Ilaria.i dishes and mugs. However, some collection fully decorated with gold (e.g. Special Day) are not suitable at all for microwave. In these cases, we do not recommend the use of the microwave.

I’d like to have a dish or a mug with a custom design. It is possible?

We make custom-designed products for companies or private customers. How can I hang the dishes on the wall?

Hanging the dishes is very simple, using adhesive velcro. Just stick a piece on the back of the dish you want to hang and the other part on the wall. To avoid the detaching of the velcro from the wall add a nail to it (in this case you can avoid using the adhesive of the velcro so you can take it out in the future without damaging the surface of the wall).

You can also use a wire plate holder. In this case, you have to choose a wire hanger that fits with the diameter of the plate (most of our products are 16cm diameter).
